Sira KeySira Key
Bali has always been an island shaped by discovery. And on 31 July 2026, a new kind of place opens its doors at Kura Kura Bali, one that invites people not just to visit, but to keep coming back.
Sira Village by Grand Outlet is a waterfront lifestyle destination at Kura Kura Bali near Serangan. Spanning 4.7 hectares by the sea, it is fully open air, entirely walkable, and designed around something simple, “the pleasure of spending time well”.
The name "Sira" reflects connection and gathering. The word "village" was chosen deliberately, not to describe a shopping complex, but a new destination in Bali where people develop routines, return regularly, and feel genuinely at home. Seven ideas shape the whole experience: retail, dining, sports, nature, culture, community events, and sustainability.
Everything at Sira Village is designed to work together. Visitors stroll through gathering spaces, stop for a meal with a waterfront view, and discover local makers alongside international brands, all without the feeling of being inside a commercial building.
The retail mix at Sira Village is built around accessibility and quality. International brands, Indonesian labels, and local businesses are brought together through an outlet model, offering a wider range of choices at more accessible prices than traditional full-retail boutiques. The full tenant list will be announced closer to opening, but the focus is on fashion, lifestyle, and everyday goods that residents and visitors actually want.
The restaurants and cafés at Sira Village are built for long meals, golden-hour views, and easy conversation. They are positioned along the water with open-air seating and designed for lingering, not for fast turnover. These are not food court spaces attached to a mall. They are destinations in themselves.
Sira Village dedicates a full zone to contemporary local brands, artisans, and creative businesses. This is not a souvenir section. It is a space that takes local creativity seriously, modern fashion, homeware, craft, and design that reflects Bali as it is today. For visitors who want to discover and support local makers, this area offers a different kind of shopping entirely.
Island Bazaar brings together a curated community of local brands, artisans, makers, and creative entrepreneurs who represent the spirit of Bali today. More than a marketplace, it is a platform for discovery, connection, and creativity.
Visitors can explore contemporary fashion, handcrafted goods, homeware, art, wellness products, and unique experiences created by passionate local talents. Every brand and creator is carefully selected to offer something authentic, thoughtful, and inspiring.
For those looking to discover Bali beyond the usual souvenirs, Island Bazaar offers a vibrant destination where local creativity, culture, and entrepreneurship come together in one place.
One of the most distinctive features of Sira Village is the integration of traditional jukung boat tours through the Kura Kura Bali canal system. Combined with outdoor recreation areas and open activity zones, the destination offers a full half-day of experience before a visitor has even browsed a single store.
Sira Village is designed for people who spend real time in Bali, long-term residents, families, expats, and locals from Denpasar, Sanur, Renon, Jimbaran, and surrounding areas. It is equally welcoming to visitors who want more than a passing tourist experience.
The public spaces and promenade area family friendly and pet friendly, which remains relatively uncommon in large lifestyle developments across Indonesia. The atmosphere is designed to be relaxed and community-oriented, with enough variety that different people find different reasons to be there.
Sira Village is located at Kura Kura Bali, connected to the mainland by bridge near Serangan. Dedicated parking is available on site, and the development has full access for Grab, Gojek, Bluebird, and GreenSM.

Sira Village is not trying to be the biggest or the most talked about destination in Bali. It is trying to be the most useful, a place where people eat well, discover things they love, walk by water, and feel like they belong.
